These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meydn web app at app.meydn.com and the associated account portal at accounts.meydn.com (together, the "Service"), operated by More.is.More s.r.o. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Czech Republic.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 15 years old (the digital-consent age in the Czech Republic) to create an account.
2. The Service
Meydn is a browser-based tool that corrects architectural perspective and lens distortion in photographs. Image processing runs in your browser; your images are not uploaded to us. A free tier is available; certain features are unlocked using credits purchased as described in Section 5. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid features.
3. Accounts
To save work across sessions and to purchase credits, you create an account using an email address or a supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@moreismore.cz of any unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time from the account portal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or infringe others' rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure; (c) probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or (e) circumvent usage limits, credit accounting, or technical protections. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments and credits
Paid features are unlocked with credit packages purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. Purchases are one-time — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is collected by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Credits are applied to your account on successful payment and are valid for use within the Service; they have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money except where required by law.
6. EU consumer right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU and Act No. 89/2012 Sb. (Czech Civil Code).
Digital-content exception. Credits unlock digital content/services supplied immediately. By purchasing and using credits before the end of the 14-day period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for credits already used, in accordance with § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code. Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day window.
To withdraw or request a refund, contact info@moreismore.cz. We process valid refunds via Stripe to your original payment method. This Section does not affect your statutory rights for defective digital services.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Perspective correction is an automated visual aid; we do not warrant that results are suitable for measurement, surveying, or any professional or safety-critical use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this Section limits warranties that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. For paid users, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer-protection law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes are marked by updating the version and effective date above, with reasonable notice for changes affecting paid features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
