These terms govern the Meydn web app at app.meydn.com and its account at accounts.meydn.com (the "Service"), provided by More.is.More s.r.o., Pernerova 635/57, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, IČO 05210275, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 260062 ("we"). Contact: info@moreismore.cz.
1. The Service
Meydn corrects perspective and lens distortion in photographs. You can export photos with a watermark free of charge; clean exports need a credit or Pro. By creating an account or buying, you accept these terms; how we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 15 to create an account. We may change and improve the Service, and give reasonable notice before a change that reduces a paid feature.
2. Your account and fair use
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and should tell us promptly of any misuse. Do not use the Service unlawfully, try to break into or disrupt it, resell it, or get around its limits or its credit accounting. We may suspend or close an account that does. You can close your account at any time in the account portal; its credits and Pro end with it.
3. Credits and Pro
A credit is one clean, full-resolution export. A free account receives a one-time number of credits, stated on the pricing page, which does not renew; credit packs add more. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as a refund under section 4.
Pro is a one-time licence for unlimited clean exports in the Service, on the account that bought it, for as long as we operate the Service. It does not renew, costs nothing further, and cannot be transferred.
The price is the one shown before you pay. Purchases made in the iOS app through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.
4. Payment, withdrawal and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own checkout page, and the price shown there is the price you pay. We never receive your card details.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Credits and Pro are supplied as soon as you pay. Before checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access straight away and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal for what you use. With that confirmation:
- Credits: the right ends for each credit once you use it. Unused credits stay refundable within the 14 days.
- Pro: the right ends with your first clean export with Pro. Until then, Pro is refundable in full within the 14 days.
A purchase made without that confirmation keeps the full 14-day right, used or not.
To withdraw, write to info@moreismore.cz within the 14 days, from your account's email address, saying which purchase you withdraw from. We refund within 14 days, to the original payment method, and remove what the refund covers from your account.
5. Defects
If the Service does not work as described, you have the rights Czech law gives consumers for defective digital content: to have it put right or, if that cannot be done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund. Report a defect to info@moreismore.cz. We confirm receipt and resolve it within 30 days.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Perspective correction is an automated visual aid, not a tool for measurement, surveying or safety-critical work. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits your rights under section 5 or any liability that mandatory law, including consumer law, does not allow us to limit.
7. Law and disputes
Czech law applies, and Czech courts decide disputes. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. If we cannot settle a complaint together, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for out-of-court resolution, adr.coi.cz.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date at the top shows the current one, and we give reasonable notice of changes that affect paid features. A change never takes away what you already bought.
